CAREER OBJECTIVE:

To continuously looking for better opportunities in the field of Bioinformatics and Bio Sciences which provides me a chance to explore my skills and excel myself.

•Pursuing P.hd in Bioinformatics titled on “Coexpression study and Drug target identification for Helicobacter pylori using gene expression data analysis”
•M.Sc.Bioinformatics (2005-2007) from U.I.E.T., C.S.J.M. Univ. (Campus) Kanpur.
•B.Sc. (2001-2004) from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur.
•Intermediate (2001) from kissan Inter college, Tirwa, kannauj.
•High School (1999) from Saraswati Gyan Mandir, Indra Nagar, Kanpur.

RESEARCH CAREER AT A GALANCE:
During the course of my post graduation, my work was focused on structure prediction and computer aided drug designing. I have emphasized on various tool viz Autodock, Modeller.
I have already developed several Databases on antioxidant genes, NPADB (Non protein amino acid database), Human Integrins database in summer training programe of my post graduation course work. Recently I was enrolled for P.hd (2008) in Bioinformatics entitled on “Coexpression study and Drug target identification for Helicobacter pylori using gene expression data analysis”. The objective of my work to identify genes causing ulcer in human through H.pylori by using gene expression microarray data. This work may be helpful in cure of ulcer disease.
